Certification is an additional document that affirms that, to the best of our knowledge, the translation we have provided is true and accurate. It is often required when the translation is to be used for legal, medicinal or governmental purposes.
Extremely urgent jobs may be subject to an additional cost of 20%.
Payment is normally due upon receipt of completed work. We raise an invoice upon receipt of final project by the client.
We accept cheque, Wire transfer, PayPal, Money Bookers, Thomas Cook, Western Union. You can share your preferred mode of payment as well.
We offer absolutely free of cost sample translation for 200 words. Usually clients find this sufficient to gauge the quality of our offerings.
Editing is the process of reviewing the accuracy and consistency. It also aims at preemptively correcting any potential mistakes on the translators’ part and it also ensures that phrases are translated in a consistent way throughout the document.

Most documents require compression or encoding before they can be sent over the internet. You may need our help opening them. Kindly send an e-mail or call your LC project manager.
To request for a change order after it has started, kindly contact your project manager from LC. You must also send an e-mail. However, note that most change orders usually carry additional charges. Hence, kindly ensure that your project requirements are finalized before assigning the project to us.
We start with downloading all text/ graphics relevant to language translation and relevant to client’s requirement from your existing website. We then translate it, make it more colloquial and culture specific, localize graphics wording and finally ensure your webmaster has accurately made all substitutions. If you have online inquiry forms, order forms, we make them accessible in the appropriate foreign language(s).
